LotusWorks wins Business Achievers Award

LotusWorks, specialist technical and engineering company which employs 560 people world-wide, wins Established SME category at the Ulster Bank business achievers 2015 .
Sligo based LotusWorks, the specialist technical and engineering firm which employs 570 people worldwide, adds the Established SME category win at the Ulster Bank Business Achievers awards to their recent awards success.

Twenty four prestigious Connacht based companies attended the event at the Meyrick hotel in Galway on October 21st last. With 676 entries received nationally the award is testament to the success quality of LotusWorks.

The company competed with three other companies to win the Established SME award at the finals of the Ulster Business Achievers awards held in Dublin last night (Thursday December 3rd).

More than 30 companies from across Ireland were shortlisted as finalists in the Ulster Bank Business Achievers Awards. There were eight category winners announced at the  final which was held at the Mansion House, Dublin.

Just three weeks ago internationally-trading LotusWorks, which is headquartered in Sligo, won Service Exporter of the Year at Irish Exporters Association (IEA)’s prestigious Export Industry Awards. It was also shortlisted in the ICT Exporter of the Year category.
Last month, LotusWorks was also placed in 36th position in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Awards Programme 2015.
“This is a great achievement for the LotusWorks team and our brand. Awards of this caliber give us credibility and will assist our growth plans globally,” said founder and CEO Fergal Broder.
“We are absolutely delighted to add this prestigious awards to two others we’ve achieved recently. It is fantastic for everyone at LotusWorks and nice to have as 2016 approaches.”

He added: “These awards reassure us that we are exceeding our goals and are testament to our staff who work tirelessly within client organisations. However, we will never become complacent and aim to deliver an unsurpassed level of service to our clients.”
Fergal UB award, award, Ulster bank business awards Mr Broder founded the company with just three employees in 1989. It now has 570 staff in Europe,  North America, Singapore and Israel with strong growth and expansion planned in both European  and North American markets for 2016.
