The Building Commissioning Certification Board (BCCB) has recently certified LotusWorks as a commissioning firm that adheres to the industries best practices and provides the highest quality service to clients by awarding the company a Certified Commissioning Firm recognition.
Companies certified must demonstrate a high level of competence and experience for the building commissioning process by successfully documenting professional achievements and fulfilling prescribed standards of performance and conduct required for CCF.
Operations director, James Casey told LotusNews – “It’s a great achievement for the company and our team. This certification is testament to the highly skilled professionals within our commissioning teams which is a specialised discipline and is a large part of what LotusWorks has been doing for almost three decades. There’s a commitment to continue to deliver the highest quality work and the highest quality client service.”
Organisations that hold the CCF accreditation stand out among competitors as experts – with the determination and ability to provide the premier services to clients, and the commitment to the advancement of the practice of commissioning.
Candidate firms are required to have one active Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP) and have been actively involved in the practice of commissioning in the last 24 months, and be able to show three completed projects with client references. Firms must demonstrate how they adhere to the BCxA Essential Attributes and offer continuing education to all of their employees.
“We’re thrilled for the teams and the company, it’s always great to be recognised in industry for the hard work” James adds.
