Your Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Commissioning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful commissioning of diverse mechanical systems, including DIW Plant, Chiller/Cooling Tower Systems, Hot Water Boiler Systems, Compressed Air, Process Cooling Water, and Industrial Waste Treatment Plant. The Mechanical Commissioning Engineer will leverage commissioning software to streamline processes, maintain commissioning checklists, conduct field walks, review documentation, and support functional testing. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

 

Your Job Description:

Utilize Commissioning Software:

  • Effectively navigate and utilize commissioning software tools to streamline processes and ensure efficient commissioning of mechanical systems.

System Expertise:

  • Demonstrate expertise in commissioning DIW Plant, Chiller/Cooling Tower Systems, Hot Water Boiler Systems, Compressed Air, Process Cooling Water, and Industrial Waste Treatment Plant.

Checklist Management:

  • Maintain and review commissioning checklists to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.

Field Walks:

  • Conduct pre-energization field walks to assess the physical condition of mechanical systems, identify potential issues, and ensure readiness for energization.

Documentation Review:

  • Review pre and post-energization documentation to verify adherence to specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Functional Testing Support:

  • Collaborate with the project team to support functional testing activities, ensuring that mechanical systems operate as designed.

Non-Conformance Recording:

  • Record instances of non-conformance and punch list items, providing detailed documentation and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to address and resolve issues.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and technicians, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the commissioning process.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
 

  • Proven experience in commissioning mechanical systems, with a focus on DIW Plant, Chiller/Cooling Tower Systems, Hot Water Boiler Systems, Compressed Air, Process Cooling Water, and Industrial Waste Treatment Plant.
  • Familiarity with commissioning software tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
