Your Job Purpose:
As a Process Specific Support System (PSSS) Project Manager working with the LotusWorks team, you will join our client site in the Semiconductor sector. This job is based in a high-tech Semiconductor facility in Licking County, Ohio.
Your Job Responsibilities:
- Process (RODI, LIWS, Bulk Chemicals and Gases) and PSSS (Specialty Chemicals and Gases).
- Provide project leadership for technical engineering and design execution, including:
- Working with engineering team to develop Scope of Work documents for positioning/programming efforts and managing A&E to complete design deliverables.
- Development of detailed scopes of work through field walks and collaboration with facilities operations partners and project engineers.
- Manage all Critical Success Indicators for design phase.
- Lead effort to complete positioning, programming and detailed design and work with estimators to ensure costs are captured and project budgets are established and achievable.
- Responsible for the interface and coordination with design A&E firms, construction, scheduling, and estimating teams for utilities and equipment definition which may be discipline specific.
- Interface with other discipline Design Managers and Facilities Engineers as required.
- Drive improvements on quality, reliability, cost, facilities systems stability/capability, productivity, and operational safety on all new facilities projects designs.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field with 4 years of experience in design and construction of Mechanical and Process Mechanical systems.
- 4+ years of experience with Process system such as RODI, LIWS, Bulk Chems and Gases and PSSS Systems that include Specialty Chems and Gases.
- Knowledge/Experience with CSA design management.
- Knowledge/experience with construction standards for base build construction design and regulatory/code compliance would be a plus.
