Your Job Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a specific focus on Fixtures, Furnishings, and Equipment (FFE) to join our team in Ocotillo, Arizona. As the FFE Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of FFE projects within the established budget and timeline. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, including general contractors, architectural & engineering firms, trade companies, Intel room owners, project engineers, and various support teams.
Your Job Description:
- Monitor and execute the entire FFE project scope, from conceptual development to project turnover. Provide project management support to ensure FFE delivery within budget and timeline.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including general contractors, architectural & engineering firms, trade companies, Intel room owners, project engineers, and other support teams.
- Organize, track, and develop indicators for procurement, scheduling, logistics, storage, assembly, placement, and handover, ensuring FFE items are delivered on time and within established milestones.
- Support FFE design layout development to meet project requirements.
- Ensure the implementation of safety, quality, and commissioning programs throughout all phases of FFE projects, from design to turnover.
- Utilize the Virtual Factory network to identify and leverage Intel's Best Known Methods (BKMs) for FFE and drive new processes for future Intel programs.
- Contribute to the transformation of the organization into a lean, efficient, and collaborative entity, setting the standard for safety, operational excellence, innovation, partnership, and customer service.
- Participate in the cultural transformation of the organization, making it a leader in safety, operational excellence, innovation, partnership, and customer service.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or semiconductor industry, with a focus on FFE.
- Strong project management skills, including budget and timeline management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of safety, quality, and commissioning programs.
- Familiarity with Intel's Best Known Methods (BKMs) is a plus.
- Ability to drive process improvements and facilitate cultural transformation.
