Your Job Purpose:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Commissioning Support Specialist to join our team and provide essential support to our Commissioning Manager in delivering top-quality commissioning projects globally. This role offers a unique opportunity for career advancement, hands-on experience in the field, and a chance to work with cutting-edge tools and technologies.


Your Job Description:

Administrative Support:

  • Assist the Commissioning Manager in day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and communication with project stakeholders.

Quality Control:

  • Collaborate with the commissioning team to perform quality control checks on installations, equipment, and systems to ensure they meet project standards.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving installation and performance issues.


  • Assist in the preparation of commissioning progress reports and documentation to keep stakeholders informed of project status and any challenges encountered.
  • Maintain a record of project milestones and activities to track progress.
  • Provide regular updates to the Commissioning Team.

Data Analysis:

  • Utilize Power BI and Microsoft Excel to create and maintain reports, analyse commissioning data, and produce insights for project improvement.

Document Control & Management:

  • Maintain documentation, procedures and standards and ensure that they are followed consistently across all projects. Regularly update and improve documentation as necessary.
  • Maintain and organize commissioning documentation, including design plans, test procedures, and equipment manuals.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is up to date and readily accessible.
  • Assist in the preparation of commissioning progress reports and documentation to keep stakeholders informed of project status and any challenges encountered.

Field Support:

  • Collaborate with the field commissioning team to document additional requests, capture relevant data, and provide on-site support when required.

Career Advancement:

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Process, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commissioning work, preferably in a support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must. Familiarity with SmartSheet’s and PowerBI is highly desirable. Alternatively, candidates should be able to demonstrate experience with similar software.
