Announced an official Best Workplace in Ireland for a third consecutive year, the recognition confirms that LotusWorks is continuing to make progress on their Great Place to Work journey.
LotusWorks is delighted to announce that the company has been officially recognised as one of the Best Workplaces in Ireland in 2019. The company was recognised at the 17th annual Great Place to Work awards ceremony in the Clayton Hotel on Burlington Road, Dublin on Wednesday 27th February. This is LotusWorks’ 3rd consecutive year to be named as a top Irish workplace, which is assessed through Great Place to Work’s robust ‘Trust Index©’ employee survey and a thorough ‘Culture Audit©’ assessment of their policies and practices.
“This recognition is awarded following an all employee survey and an assessment of our policies and practices and it’s great to be independently assessed and to be assured that we are making continued progress on our Great Place to Work journey as a company” comments Mark Butler, LotusWorks HR Director.
“We’re improving each year and the management team are committed to continuing to implement best practice to help build a really great place to work. In 2017 we established a GPTW Working Group, tasked with discussing and bringing forward improvements on specific areas which were highlighted in the past GPTW survey results. This group has helped to identify key areas of interest which need to be changed, improved or enhanced to make LotusWorks the best workplace it can be” adds Mark.
“With a record high of more than 2.28 million now employed in Ireland, and unemployment at 5.7%, we’re on the cusp of the oft-cited ‘full employment’. That might serve to explain why this year, the number of employees assessed by Great Place to Work in Ireland has more than doubled. They’ve given us a clear sense of their workplace experience and the workplace practices that Irish organisations of every size are putting in place to drive that experience.” said John Ryan, CEO of Great Place to Work® Ireland.
In 2019, Great Place to Work® Ireland celebrates seventeen years of recognising great workplaces through the publication of their Best Workplaces in Ireland lists, and the number of high-trust workplaces in Ireland carries on increasing; an indication that organisations are continuing to discover the business benefits of developing a culture where all employees are empowered to do their best work.
