Our Determination to be an Employee-Centric Organisation Will Continue

Last week, the LotusWorks organisation celebrated the news they received from the Great Place to Work institute that the company had, for the sixth consecutive year, been certified a Great Place to Work.

LotusWorks has a “People First” strategic pillar which guides and focuses determination within the business to develop and improve its ambitions towards being an employee-centric organisation.

The organisation is extremely proud of its achievements to date and are constantly looking to build on the LotusWorks “People First Culture”. They are cultivating the culture through their values of Safety, Accountability, Honesty, Excellence and Teamwork. Inviting conversation and taking feedback on board is central to ensuring that the culture is strong and continually impacting positively. People make LotusWorks and that is why this Great Place to Work 2022 recognition is achieved.

Senior HR Manager, Richard Kilfeather comments “We’re delighted and very proud to be again named a Great Place to work in 2022. As we continue to grow our ‘People First’ culture throughout the organisation, the insights and feedback from the survey help align and focus our people strategies. We have seen the positive impacts for our teams since commencing our GPTW journey. We are committed to continue to put in place programs and initiatives to incorporate this year’s feedback to further build on our people success story with Great Place to Work.” In the past 2 years there has been significant adjustments for how we operate and deliver in our work environments. LotusWorks teams continue to face these many challenges with a “can-do” attitude. This level of employee engagement has been key to our success”.

Supporting their people as they transition to the new ways of work will be a priority within the business. Maintaining transparent and open communications with the team’s during the past two years has been a major success that the business is proud of and will continue.

LotusWorks HR and internal support teams have developed and sustained many virtual initiatives to ensure employee engagement is maintained.
