LotusWorks has been named a Great Place to Work for a fourth consecutive year. The company was recognised at the 18th annual Great Place to Work Best Workplaces in Ireland awards in the Clayton Hotel on Burlington Road, Dublin on Wednesday 26th February 2020.

Commenting on the success, HR Director at LotusWorks, Mark Butler said: “We’re truly delighted to be named a Great Place to Work again. The Senior Management team continues to focus on implementing improvements annually within the business and we are seeing good progress now year on year. We’re embracing the GPTW framework and there’s an understanding that enhancing the culture within our company is a journey and there’s no quick fix. We are delighted to receive this recognition and it motivates the team to continue on the journey from great to best.  ”

LotusWorks was assessed through the stringent GPTW Trust Index employee survey which gathers the employee’s perspectives in under five key areas: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. The company was also assessed by the GPTW institute on their policies and practices in several categories including inspiring, speaking, listening, caring, developing, thanking, hiring, celebrating, and sharing.

Speaking about trends with this year’s winning organisations, Partner at Great Place to Work Ireland Cathal Divilly said: “While attractive benefits packages will go some way towards employee satisfaction, the companies on this year’s list have realised that their unique and distinctive cultures are what will mark them out in a crowded market. This year’s survey findings show that employees in these workplaces feel greater levels of organisational pride than ever before, which is being supported by internal CSR initiatives that emphasise employee ownership and decision-making.”

LotusWorks, engineering and technical experts, work with the world’s leading companies throughout Ireland and North America. Their 470 strong workforce enjoy stable employment, good benefits, competitive pay and gain exposure to the very latest technologies and innovations in the pharmaceutical, datacentre, medical device and semiconductor industries.
