What does it mean to be a Certified Commissioning Firm?
LotusWorks is now recertified by the Building Commissioning Certification Board (BCCB) as a commissioning firm that adheres to the industry’s best practices and provides the highest quality of service to clients, an industry recognition the company has upheld since 2017. The company joins 72 others on the Building Commissioning Certification Board (BCCB) register and is one of two companies in the state of Massachusetts to hold this certification. Firms with a Certified Commissioning designation have specialized technical competencies and have met the highest standards for professional commissioning firms. LotusWorks met and exceeded the requirements by having more than one Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP), providing commissioning services for a minimum of 24 months, completing commissioning projects with client references, and demonstrating their commitment to the advancement and innovation of commissioning.
James Casey, Director, LotusWorks states – “We welcome the CCF recertification, it’s an assertion of work quality and demonstrates the technical competence of the LotusWorks teams and is a testament to the highly skilled professionals within our commissioning teams. Commissioning is a specialized discipline and it is a large part of what LotusWorks has been doing for over three decades. There’s a commitment to continue to deliver the highest quality of work and the highest quality client service, we’re proud to be recognized once again as a premier player and partner of choice in the commissioning space.”

LotusWorks continue to demonstrate determination and ability, differentiating itself with essential knowledge and understanding of the building commissioning process, through a blend of technical experience and industry knowledge.
