Your Job Purpose:

As a Telecom Superintendent working with the LotusWorks team, you will join our client site in the semiconductor sector.
This job is based in Kiryat Gat, Israel.
 

Your Job Description:

•  Understand subcontractor’s scope of work and responsibilities.
•   Provide technical support and guidance to sub-contractors and vendors to ensure operational acceptance tests are carried out.
•  Understand construction documents for interpretation of specification requirements and system installation.
•  Review system sequence of operations and apply toward developing/critiquing Functional Acceptance Tests (FAT).
•  Coordinate with the associated vendors to ensure timely installation of telecom systems required to support the cleanroom manufacturing equipment and environment.
•  Coordinate with the Client IT Team and Consultant to ensure scope of the work is installed per project specifications and meets compliance standards.
 

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent trade experience.
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills: must be able to work closely with owners, designers, engineers, and subcontractors
•  Experience in organizing technical data in a neat and accurate method.
•  Ability to work closely with trade and craft people in a field work situation. Patience and professionalism are essential and being able to maintain a cooperative attitude through pressure situations.
•  Skill in handling several work activities at once while frequently interrupted by phone calls and urgent questions on work in progress.
•  Understanding of the implementation of extra low voltage systems such as WiFi, DAS, network infrastructure and data center build-out.
•  Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and Bluebeam.
 

Qualifications/Licenses/Certifications

•  Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent trade experience
