Your Job Purpose:

As a Quality Officer working with the LotusWorks team, you will join our client site in the Pharmaceuticals sector. This job is based in a state-of-the-art, global facility in Dublin 15.

In your role as Quality Officer you will offer client site-based support in the following areas: Internal Audits, Supplier Audits, Documentation Reviews and Quality Assurance, while ensuring all quality standards and specifications are defined and achieved in line with Standard Requirements and Customer Requirements.

Your Job Responsibilities:

  • Documentation Control:
    • Issue of documents, periodic reviews, change management of document, re porting.
  • Internal Audits:
    • Conduct audits on client sites and ensure compliance to their regulated environment.
  • Monitoring of site specific work order requirements to compliance with site procedures.
  • Maintain and develop Quality Assurance plan on site through scheduled reviews.
  • Supplier Management:
    • Maintain supplier SLA’s reviews and implement approval process for new vendors as required.
  • Supplier Reviews:
    • Schedule and maintain supplier review process. Engage with vendors on CAPA actions as required.
  • Participate in Quality Assurance and Governance meetings.
  • Carry out quality training as required.
  • Lead/participate in analysis, investigation, and corrective action of process issues/complaints, using good quality engineering tools such as (pFMEA, Cause and Effect Analysis, Root Cause Investigation Methods).
  • Ensure effective closure on Quality System documents (Audit Actions, NCR’s, CAPA’s, Maps, etc).


  • Diploma or Degree in Quality/Materials/Science or similar.
  • At least 4 years work experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control environment is essential and within the regulated industry.
  • Auditor experience:
    • Lead Auditor certification is desired, Internal Auditor certification essential.
  • Good interpersonal skills and organisational skills.
  • Experience in maintaining a Quality Management System
  • Decision making ability coupled with the ability to work on one’s own initiative and with minimum supervision is required.
