Your Job Purpose:
As a Project Engineer working with the LotusWorks team, you will join our client site in the Biologics sector. This job is based in a cutting-edge facility in Dundalk, Co. Louth.
The Project Engineer, reporting to the Project Engineering Lead, will assist the lead in short and long range planning, owns a portfolio of projects from inception, scoping through to execution and close out as well as of the execution of associated Capex process activities and works. Assist in developing project structures with associated metrics/reporting capabilities as a site project team so as to ensure a consistent implementation of works from concept through to handover and close out.
This is a 12 Month FTC.
Your Job Description:
- Assist to deliver key strategic capital investments by directly managing a portfolio of capital projects on the client site in Dundalk.
- Provide functional expertise for clients CDMO programs ensuring timely execution in accordance with client based project expectations and deliverables.
- Support and build clients capital project management processes in conjunction with industry best practices, applicable guidelines and regulations to optimise the site Program Management office.
- Document and build the necessary site project procedural standards and controls to govern Capital Projects’ execution.
- Ensure that project scopes are executed in a manner that is compliant with program milestones, quality/safety standards and budget plans. Escalates appropriately in case of unforeseen variation and suggests potential needed mitigation measures.
- Knowledge of safety, quality and environmental regulatory requirements to execute projects in a GMP facility.
Job Requirements:
- A National Craft Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical or a B.Sc. degree in an Engineering discipline.
- Project delivery experience.
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
