Your Job Purpose:

As an Engineering Technician working with the LotusWorks team, you will join our client site in the Biologics sector. This job is based in a cutting-edge facility in Swords, Dublin.

You will be responsible for performing preventative and reactive maintenance on cleanroom equipment, activities to ensure the site operations are safe and reliable.
 

Your Job Description:

  • Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on cleanroom equipment, including but not limited to tanks, wastewater, bio-waste, and steam systems etc.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues, ensuring minimum downtime and maximum efficiency.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on mechanical systems, ensuring proper operation and longevity of equipment.
  • Support and coordinate vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring all necessary documentation is completed in a compliant manner and asset management data is captured accurately.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a Level 6 Mechanical Trade Qualification.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a cleanroom environment.
  • A compliance mindset for Safety and Quality standards, regulation and practices.
  • High level of attention to detail in following procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with vendors, engineers, and management.
