Your Job Purpose:

As a Dry Mechanical Superintendent working with the LotusWorks team, you will join our client site in the Semiconductor sector. This job is based in a cutting-edge facility in Kiryat Gat, Israel.

You will coordinate with the construction manager, engineers and various contractors while driving trades to meet schedule deadlines. You will oversee and support schedule development, sequencing, and tracking, ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones. Your keen eye for detail will be essential in providing QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) support and facilitating commissioning processes to guarantee the functionality and reliability of mechanical systems.

 

Your Job Description:

  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and coordination to ensure seamless collaboration between project stakeholders, subcontractors, and the construction team.
  • Align subcontractors with project objectives and oversee their execution in the field to ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
  • Provide support for schedule development, sequencing, and tracking, ensuring efficient project progress and milestone achievement.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and implementing corrective measures as needed to keep projects on track.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Systems.
  • Experience in organizing technical data in a neat and accurate method; familiar with CSI specification system for construction.
  • Experience in HVAC System Installation and Commissioning.
  • Ability to work closely with trade and craft people in a field work situation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) etc.

Qualifications/Licenses/Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field experience preferred.
