In 2025, LotusWorks was recertified as a Deloitte Best Managed Company for the eighth consecutive year, retaining our Platinum status. In 2026, we were proudly honoured with the Laureate Award from the Great Place to Work, recognising ten consecutive years of being named among Ireland’s Best Workplaces. For the first time in 2026, LotusWorks was recognised as a Best Workplace for Health and Wellbeing 2026, reflecting our commitment to creating a culture where our people can truly thrive. In addition, we maintained our Certified Commissioning Firm (CCF) accreditation, reaffirming our commitment to commissioning excellence, and continued to hold a Highwire Gold Safety rating. Corporate Social Responsibility

LotusWorks always ensures we are playing our part when it comes to Corporate Social Responsibility and frequently gives back to the communities in which we work. We encourage LotusWorkers to get involved in charitable work and provide opportunities to do so on a regular basis. In 2023, LotusWorks began a partnership with the Make-A-Wish Foundation as our international charity partner; extending that partnership into 2025.
