Three Roles. One Standard.
All three are strategic deployment roles. You will travel extensively, lead commissioning teams, and be accountable for delivery on some of the most complex facilities in the world. This is not a gradual transition into leadership — it is leadership from the first site.
Chief Electrical Inspector, Client Data Center Facility
Strategic Deployment Project Manager
Responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and management of commissioning projects across multiple client sites. You will initiate new project startups, build long-term client relationships, maintain contractual delivery, and develop the next generation of commissioning leadership within LotusWorks.
- Deploy to new sites to establish commissioning contract requirements and execution strategies
- Maintain accountability for active project delivery — safety, quality, and contractual performance
- Train, mentor, and develop commissioning engineers into leadership roles
- Conduct site audits and manage punch list, test packages, and documentation control
- Drive resource planning, turnover schedule alignment, and client milestone reporting
- Support business development — RFP responses, contract expansion, client engagement

Strategic Deployment Electrical Commissioning Lead
Lead electrical commissioning activities from planning through startup, testing, and system handover across multiple strategic deployments each year. You will set the technical standard, mentor your team, and be the primary interface between LotusWorks and the client on all electrical commissioning scope.
- Lead all phases of electrical commissioning — switchgear, transformers, UPS, power distribution
- Execute FAT / SAT procedures, loop checks, and equipment startup programmes
- Establish client relationships at new sites and manage performance at existing deployments
- Mentor commissioning engineers and actively develop team members into leadership roles
- Conduct audits to verify contractual compliance and quality of electrical delivery
- Implement LotusWorks safety culture across all sites in coordination with EHS teams

Strategic Deployment SME — QCx Services (Mechanical)
The technical authority for mechanical commissioning across LotusWorks’ most complex mission-critical deployments. With 6+ years of QCx experience, you will establish operational foundations on new sites, drive team development, oversee programme delivery, and represent LotusWorks as the commissioning expert of record.
- Deploy to Data Center, Semiconductor, and mission-critical sites to initiate QCx operations
- Develop and implement site-specific QCx programmes from the ground up
- Train and coach QCx technicians — developing them into future commissioning leaders
- Manage resource planning, staffing, and compliance across multiple active contracts
- Contribute to RFP responses, contract expansion, and industry representation
- Provide data-driven performance reporting to senior management and client stakeholders
